Nancy Bravman LCSW
Psychotherapy, Supervision and IFS Courses
As an integrative psychotherapist with more than 30 years of clinical experience, I've been privileged to help people create meaningful and enduring changes in their lives.
I specialize in helping people recover from trauma – both adult and childhood trauma. My work is guided by an abiding belief that with optimal treatment, everyone is capable of transformation and healing. In my practice, I provide a warm, expert environment where this healing capacity can emerge. It includes a tailor-made treatment plan for each person, aimed at understanding and resolving constraints to living a freer and more fulfilling life.
As a supervisor, I consult to clinicians engaged in integrating contemporary models of trauma treatment into their work.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Courses:
These 6-session courses for clinicians introduce IFS concepts and interventions that enhance affect regulation, decrease shame, and help to heal attachment trauma.
